JobsPlus which is an employment grant paid directly to employers who recruit unemployed people from the Live Register. You receive €7,500 for recruiting those who are unemployed for 12 months or more, and €10, 000 for those who unemployed for more than 24 months. The grant is paid in monthly instalments directly into your bank account.
JobBridge, the National Internship Scheme which has been designed to bridge the gap between study and work. The Department of Social Protection pays the intern. If you hire the person at the end of the internship, you may also qualify for Jobsplus.
